DATA PRACTICE

Six legal controls we use

Legal handling only works when the account trail is clear. We record the steps needed to run your account, answer your requests, handle wallet references, and protect access.

Identity match checks

When a withdrawal, profile change, or legal request needs confirmation, we compare your account name, registered phone number, and recent session record. We do this before altering data or discussing wallet activity.

Payment record handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS references are kept as transaction records, not as open access to your wallet. We use them to trace deposits, withdrawals, disputes, and account-balance questions.

Cookie session scope

Cookies help keep you signed in, remember language choices, and flag unusual access. You can clear browser cookies, but a fresh login and phone verification may be required after that change.

Device access record

Mobile browser, Android WebView, and iOS Safari sessions may create different login records. We use those records to check account access claims and to spot a session that does not match your history.

Retention by purpose

We keep account and transaction records only for operational, dispute, security, and legal-response purposes. Support transcripts linked to legal requests stay tied to the account so later questions have context.

Change request route

To correct a phone number, privacy detail, or account-access record, use Profile > Legal > Request Change or email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm the latest QRIS or wallet reference.

Legal questions before you join

These answers focus on account rights, data handling, access rules, and how to contact us when a legal term affects your account. They are written for your sui4d account flow, including wallet references, login records, and support requests. If your question involves local eligibility, remember that access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits.

The account terms cover registration, login access, wallet records, game-category access, withdrawal checks, and support contact. Before you submit your phone number, read the terms that apply to your account use.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. We may restrict access or ask for extra account checks if a location, device, or legal requirement affects eligibility.

We may keep your account ID, registered phone number, login session, device type, support transcript, and payment references from DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS when those records are needed to answer your request.

Go to Profile > Legal > Request Change or email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include the field you want corrected and be ready to confirm your registered phone number.

A DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS reference helps us match your account record with a specific transaction. Without that reference, we may not be able to confirm the legal basis for a correction.

Cookies support login sessions, language preference, and account security checks. If you clear them, we may ask for a fresh login or phone confirmation before showing account records or processing legal changes.

Use live chat from 10:00 to 02:00 WIB for quick clarification, or email [email protected] for a written response. Include your account ID only if the question concerns your own records.
